We'll get in touch as soon as we can to let you know if you are progressing through the journey with us or not.

After your application has been reviewed and if we think that you are suitable for the role, your application will then be submitted in a shortlist to the hiring manager for review. We will let you know if you will be invited to the next stage or not.

Interview

You will be sent an invitation to attend a face-to-face interview. In some instances, this may be carried out virtually rather than in person. The interview will include some formal assessment of your skills and competencies as well as giving you a chance to ask questions about the role.

It’s quite normal for some people to feel nervous before or even during an interview/assessment. Give yourself time to relax and compose yourself, feel free to have notes with you, have a drink by your side if your interview is virtual or ask for a drink if one hasn’t been offered for a face-to-face interview.

Offer

If you are successful we’ll make a verbal offer, followed up by a written offer for the role. Once accepted, you will be invited to go through our fraud, credit, criminal and referencing checks. After these checks have been completed, we will issue your contract.

Start date

Depending on the role, your start date could be very soon. Whenever you join, we’ll be sure to give you everything to support you in having the best onboarding experience possible and have a great first day!
