What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Core Banking Platform Manager, this role is to provide expert-level support for the Transact, TPH, and Infinity modules within the Temenos SaaS T24 banking platform
- Playing a key role in the T24 Scrum team, actively participating in the development of Temenos T24 products in a CI/CD environment.
- Collaborating on the development of Workbench, Extensibility Framework, and Visualizer components within the Temenos T24 ecosystem.
- Managing and supporting the Temenos T24 platform, ensuring the stability and functionality of the SaaS solution.
- Analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues related to Temenos T24, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in Temenos T24 and related technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Customer
- Through the CI/CD Environment work on product enhancements to ensure the product is providing excellent customer features
- Collaborate with Colleagues to gather requirements understanding the Customer needs to ensure developments seek to respond to them.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of the Temenos T24 product delivered to customers conducted through thorough testing and validation processes to ensure a seamless and error-free integration of the wider Banking infrastructure
People
- Working collaboratively within the broader IT team, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategies, policies, and objectives.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration of Temenos T24 components.

- Proficiency in Temenos T24 modules, Workbench, Extensibility Framework, and Visualizer.
- Experience with CI/CD environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Temenos T24 certification is a plus.
