Financial inclusion
As part of our focus on financial inclusion, we recognise that not everyone in the local community can access main stream banking or are not financially resilient. We therefore sponsor Community Savings in Jersey and the Manx Credit Union in the Isle of Man, so that these charities can reach more people who need their services.

Through our corporate volunteering policy, and through organised company-wide volunteer days, our team members are entitled to dedicate a certain number of working hours each year to volunteer.
