At Santander International, we have a dedicated Marketing team that takes care of promoting the Santander brand throughout the islands of Jersey and the Isle of Man, where we have offices and Work Café branches.
Our Marketing team is situated in both island locations and handles the advertising and communication of our banking, savings, and mortgage products. They also ensure that our Work Café caters to the needs of our community by providing a wide range of events and meeting rooms, free of charge, benefiting not only our customers but the entire community.
In addition to their responsibilities, our Marketing team manages our sponsorship program, which focuses on supporting local sports in the community. We strongly believe that sports play an integral role in promoting health and well-being across all age groups and demographics. Some of our prominent sponsorship partnerships include the Jersey Reds rugby team, Strive Academy, Douglas Rugby Club, Jersey Netball & Team Jets, Gran Fondo Isle of Man, and the Isle of Man Netball team.
Our Marketing team is also responsible for managing our website and other digital channels, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Furthermore, they take charge of creating, maintaining, and improving all Santander International collateral, including application forms, terms and conditions, leaflets, and interest rate schedules.
To support our local community, the Marketing team coordinates our presence at key local events, which not only raises our profile but also provides hospitality opportunities for our customers. We also encourage our employees to volunteer for various community initiatives, ranging from tree planting to sorting charity donations.
The Marketing team also plays a crucial role in ensuring that all Santander International colleagues stay informed about the latest developments within the bank. They achieve this by coordinating weekly blogs from the CEO, hosting webinars featuring teams from across the bank, and maintaining our SharePoint intranet site.
