What you will be doing:
- Lead and drive the successful integration of AWS services, focusing on the seamless communication between Temenos T24 and Salesforce, as well as the establishment of a robust data lake architecture.
- Lead and drive the Cyber initiatives to ensure a successful targeted outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
- Oversee the local implementation of the ‘Cloud first’ initiative while ensuring alignment with Group policies and principles.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding Agile ceremonies, and act as a feature analyst, leading requirements gathering efforts in an Agile context.
- Collaborate with local banking entity teams and the wider Group head office to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Balance and manage project resources efficiently, fostering collaboration between local and Group-based teams for optimal outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of key project objectives.
- Foster an Agile mindset within project teams, promoting collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels between local entity teams and Group head office resources.

- AWS Integration and Data Lake Formation: Drive the successful integration of AWS services, ensuring seamless communication between Temenos T24 and SalesForce and Oversee the development of a robust data lake architecture, enhancing data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Cloud Migration: Lead the migration of on-premises data centers to AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations and Align the migration process with budget constraints and oversee the adherence to current spending models.
- SaaS Platform Integration: Develop and implement integration patterns between SaaS platforms, focusing on optimizing the interaction between Temenos T24 and SalesForce.
- Project Management: Collaborate with local banking entity teams and the wider Group head office to establish project goals, timelines, and deliverables and monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

- Infrastructure Reinvention: Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to reinvent on-premises infrastructure solutions in an AWS landscape and ensure alignment with current spending models and provide guidance on optimizing infrastructure in the cloud environment.
