Customers with Online Banking will no longer receive paper statements
From 31 January we are stopping the automatic delivery of paper statements for customers with Online and Mobile Banking. We are doing this to reduce our carbon footprint whilst at the same time reducing the risk of a third party potentially intercepting your financial information. Statements will continue to be delivered through our Online and/or Mobile Banking services, meaning they remain securely accessible for viewing and downloading at any time. However, if you wish to continue receiving paper statements you, and any person you hold an account with, can contact us at any time to change back to paper statements.
We are revising clauses within section A10 of our General Terms and Conditions and updating clause 6 of our Online Banking service Terms and Conditions to support these changes. The revised Terms will be effective from 31 January 2025 and will replace your existing Terms. We would encourage you to read the full Terms which can be found in the Documents section of our website.
