Setting up Priority Pass

Begin by logging in to your Santander International Charge Card App.

Please note Priority Pass is only available to Black World Elite Charge Card holders.

Open the menu by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen.

Click on Documents & Information.

Click on Benefits Centre

Click on the card image to see the full range of benefits associated with each card.

Please note Priority Pass is only available to Black World Elite Charge Card holders.

Click on Register to download your Priority Pass button.

Enter the first eight digits of your card number and click submit.

Note - The first 8 digits of your card can be found in the app, you can copy the details from either the physical card or the virtual card by clicking on the 'details' button found above the card then click on the 'copy' button.

Select your residence.

Scroll down and click Join Now.

Enter your personal details.

Check your name is displaying correctly it needs to match the name that will be on your boarding pass.

Click Continue.

Create a username and password.

Select and answer a security question then click continue.

Tick the Membership Declaration box to agree to the Conditions of Use and Terms of Use.

Click Join Priority Pass.

You are now a Priority Pass member.

Your Digital Membership Card is now ready to use. You can either download the Priority Pass app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or you can log in to your online account on the Priority Pass website using the log in details that you created in the previous steps.
