Using the Exequor Concierge service

Begin by logging in to your Santander International Charge Card App.

Please note the Exequor Concierge service is only available to Black World Elite Charge Card Holders.

Open the menu by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of the screen.

Click on Documents & Information.

Click on Benefits Centre.

Click on the card image to see the full range of benefits associated with each card.
