Activating your physical Charge Card

Begin by logging in to your Santander International Charge Card App.

Select the card you would like to activate by clicking on the image of the card.

You will notice that your virtual card will already be active as this is done during the initial registration process. 

It will have a green banner across the top right corner saying active.

You can now add this to your virtual wallet and begin to use immediately.

Click on the arrow on the right hand side to scroll across to your physical card.

Please note you will require an activation code to activate your physical card. You will find this attached to your physical card and therefore you will need to wait for this to arrive before activation can take place.

Click on Activate.

Enter the activation code that can be found on a sticker on your physical card.

Click on Confirm.

Click on OK

Your Charge Card is now active and ready to use.

Please be aware that you need to make a Chip-and-Pin transaction before you will be able to use the contactless functionality
