Changes to General and Online Banking Terms and Conditions
In overview, the following changes have been made which come into effect from 22 August 2022:
General Terms and Conditions
- We’re introducing a new section C and clause A10.4 to support the introduction of our Mobile Banking service
- We’re clarifying that we do not accept cryptocurrencies in a new clause A2.4
- We've updated clauses A4.4, A9.3 - A9.5 and A9.7 to clarify the treatment of foreign exchange transactions received after our cut-off time
- We’ve removed the requirement to inform us in writing about unrecognised transactions
Online Banking service Terms and Conditions
- We’ve added a requirement that a personal email is registered with us to support the introduction of our Mobile Banking service
Mobile Banking service Terms and Conditions
- New Terms and Conditions which apply to our new Mobile Banking service
