Isle of Man branch services available again from May 2023

We have written to our Isle of Man customers to let them know that branch services will be available again from May 2023, not March as we have previously communicated.  We apologise for this small delay but thank all our Manx customers for their patience whilst we have been working hard behind the scenes to improve the overall experience we offer.

Branch services will be available from the new Santander Work Café at the Old Market Hall on the North Quay in Douglas.  The Santander Work Café will be a brand new banking concept which in addition to offering branch services, will deliver meeting, events and co-working spaces.  Noa Bakehouse will continue to run its popular café from the site, adding a new grab-and-go menu for our meeting rooms and co-working areas, and a selection of artisanal food and drinks.

Our Santander International branch team will be available to help with cheque deposits, payment instructions, requests/provision of information, and banking & mortgage appointments.  There will also be two ATMs situated within the Work Café.  Due to the opening of the Santander Work Café our premises at Prospect Hill will remain closed to customers for the time being.

We’re really excited about bringing a fresh new high-street banking concept to the Isle of Man and we look forward to welcoming all of our existing customers.  We will confirm when the Santander Work Café will be opening its doors closer to the time.
