General Terms and Conditions update - 08 September 2025

• We will no longer be issuing cheque books with the sterling Gold Account.  We will continue to process any cheques received but due to low demand we have decided to withdraw issuing any new cheque books from 08 September 2025.  Any existing cheque books that you have can still be used, but we will not issue a replacement cheque book after the effective date.

• Visa Debit Cards will now be cancelled after 13 months of inactivity, to strengthen our fraud prevention controls.

• The Specific Conditions for Charge Cards have now been incorporated into Section L of the General Terms and Conditions, instead of being a separate document.

• We have also made it clearer throughout the General Terms and Conditions when we refer to Visa Debit Cards and Charge Cards, to help differentiate between the types of cards we offer.
