General Terms and Conditions update

We’re making the following changes to our General Terms and Conditions which will come into effect on 02 February 2026;

• We’ve amended clause A1.7 to remove the requirement for customers to register for Telephone Banking in order to access Online Banking.
• We’ve removed clause B1.1, which previously required customers to be signed up to Telephone Banking to use Online Banking. Telephone Banking is no longer a mandatory requirement for Online Banking access.
• We’ve amended clauses L1.4 and L1.6 to clarify that customers must continue to meet the qualifying criteria for a Charge Card on an ongoing basis.
• We’ve added a new definition for “Temporary Telephone Passphrase” to support the use of Telephone Banking and related security processes.
