Changes to our tariffs for payment charges

With effect from 17 February 2023, the following changes have been made to our tariff for banking and savings accounts and our Corporate Account charges leaflet with respect to payment charges for outward CHAPS/SWIFT transfers:

• we have removed the stated Euro and US dollar charges; and
• we have instead clarified the basis for Euro, US dollar and other currency charges, which is that payment charges will be based on the currency of the account being debited as per your instruction; and
• the currency equivalent will be calculated by using the prevailing exchange rate on the day

The new tariff and Corporate Account charges leaflets replace the existing documents.
