Step 1 - Sign and activate your new card
Sign the card immediately. Make sure you use a permanent ink pen.
New Cards – When you first applied, you received an email with a link to download the Charge Card app and/or access the desktop version at https://santanderinternational.processor.net. In this email, you also received a unique Sign-up Code. If you did not receive this email or your Sign-up Code, please call Cardholder Support on +44 (0)207 166 4000.
Once you have registered online or in-app using your unique Sign-up Code, you can access your PIN code and activate your card.
To activate your card go to the Charge Card app, select the card you would like to activate by clicking on the image of the card. Click on Activate and then simply enter the Activation Code from the sticker attached to your card. Once your card has been activated, you can dispose of this sticker. Please be aware that you need to make a Chip-and-PIN transaction before you will be able to use the contactless functionality.
Replacement or Renewal Card – Your replacement or renewal card should already be visible when you log in online or in-app. Simply enter the Activation Code from the sticker attached to your card to activate it and start spending.
Step 2 - Set up your new card with Apple Pay and Google Pay
Step 3 - Enable your Priority Pass
In order to enjoy your Priority Pass benefit, you need to complete a short registration process. Once you have activated your card within the Charge card app, you will be able to register for your complimentary Priority Pass.
From the main app menu, locate the "Documents & Information" tab and then "Benefits Centre". Follow the link provided and the on screen instructions to register and start enjoying complimentary lounge access.
