What you will be doing
We're looking for a Customer Service Onboarding Officer to join our Onboarding team in the Isle of Man.
In this role, you'll support the onboarding of Personal and Non-Personal customers by processing account opening requests, customer reviews and ongoing customer changes. Working behind the scenes with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure customer information and documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.

What you'll be doing day to day
- Processing Personal and Non-Personal customer onboarding requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Reviewing customer information and documentation to ensure it is complete and meets regulatory requirements.
- Processing customer reviews and ongoing changes to customer records.
- Liaising with colleagues across the business and, where appropriate, directly with customers to resolve queries.
- Investigating more complex issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer and colleague experience.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.

- Experience in one or more of the following would be an advantage:
- Customer service.
- Financial services.
- Onboarding, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
- Working within a regulated environment.
What else you need to know
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week.
You'll be based in our office on Prospect Hill in Douglas and will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
