What you will be doing:
The Work Café Personal Banker, under the supervision of the Work Café Director, contributes to creating a unique customer experience at the Santander Work Café. As well as assisting existing banking customers with their everyday financial needs, the Personal Banker will meet new- customers, offering information about Santander International products and services in a non-advisory capacity. They will collect, verify, and log KYC documents and the required information to onboard new customers.
The Personal Banker is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering enduring customer relationships through banking appointments and daily Work Café interactions. They actively promote Work Café amenities, such as co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and events to customers.

- Engaging with banking customers to address their day-to-day financial requirements promptly and effectively.
- Meeting with new customers to understand their needs and introduce them to relevant products and services.
- Exceeding customer expectations by delivering excellent service.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience across all banking services.
- Supporting the promotion and delivery of co-working, meeting room and cafe services provided within the Work Café.
- Ensuring that ID&V, KYC and CDD is carried out in line with bank policies and procedures.
- Providing an effective and efficient service face to face, via telephone and in all written correspondence ensuring all tasks are completed accurately within SLA, in line with procedures, policy and governance.
- Taking ownership for resolving customer enquiries and complaints ensuring escalation (where required) to best serve customers.
- Ensuring all management information (MI) is updated accurately and in a timely manner, in line with business requirements.

It would also be nice for you to have:
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Good understanding and knowledge of KYC/CDD requirements.
