What you’ll be doing
As a Work Café Personal Banker, you’ll play an important role in delivering a customer-focused banking experience within Santander’s Work Café environment. You’ll support customers across face-to-face, telephone and digital channels, helping with day-to-day banking needs while contributing to service excellence and business growth.
You’ll build strong customer relationships, support onboarding and account servicing, and introduce relevant Santander International products and services in a non-advisory capacity. You’ll also help bring the Work Café concept to life by supporting co-working, events and community engagement.

Taking ownership of customer queries and resolving them efficiently

Building strong customer relationships through proactive, needs-based conversations

Introducing relevant products and services (non-advisory) and referring where appropriate

Promoting digital banking and supporting customers in using self-service channels

Supporting Work Café services, events and community engagement

Applying risk and compliance controls, including ID&V, KYC and CDD
What you’ll bring

Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within banking or financial services

Strong communication skills across face-to-face and digital channels

Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively

Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

Positive, proactive approach with a focus on high standards
It would also be nice for you to have

Understanding of KYC, CDD and regulatory requirements

Experience in a front-line banking environment

Knowledge of Santander products and services

Experience supporting customers across multiple channels

This role sits within the Work Café team and reports to the Work Café Director. You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused environment, supporting customers with everyday banking while contributing to a modern, community-driven banking experience.
