Opportunities exist across our Isle of Man based Operations team in the following areas:
- Payments
- Credit Operations
- Banking Operations
- Onboarding
- Fraud and Financial Crime Operations
The difference you’ll make:
- Ensuring all requests are processed accurately, with skill and diligence, and within agreed time frames
- Owning and resolving complex tasks or issues, escalating where necessary
- Liaising directly with customers where appropriate
- Investigating and resolving complex queries and/or complaints
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency to ultimately improve the customer and/or colleague experience.
What you’ll bring:
- A strong customer service ethos, with a “customer first” mindset
- A positive, enthusiastic, flexible, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What else you need to know:
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be based at our fabulous, state of the art, office on Prospect Hill, in Douglas.
