Lead the platforms that power our banking experience.  We’re looking for a Core & Digital Banking Manager to oversee the operation, change delivery, and continuous improvement of our Temenos T24 Core Banking and Digital Banking (Online & Mobile) platforms. If you’re passionate about driving transformation and ensuring resilience in critical banking systems, this is your opportunity to lead from the front.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of Core and Digital Banking platforms.
  • Champion a “Build It, Run It” model, embedding operational excellence into development.
  • Lead Agile delivery and act as Scrum Master for the platform team.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Chief Technology & Transformation Officer (CTTO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and other platform owners (AWS, Salesforce) to deliver an integrated technology ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across customer-facing services.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: Proven leadership in platform management and Agile delivery.
  • Technical skills:
    • Expertise in Temenos T24 Transact / TPH and Digital Banking (Infinity).
    • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and integration architecture.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and advocate for Agile transformation.

 

Nice to have

  • Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
  • Experience in financial services and regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of information security and ICT in banking.
