What you’ll do
- Design and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.
- Support modernisation initiatives, including migration of legacy systems and adoption of cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with development, data, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Optimise monitoring, logging, and automation strategies to enhance resilience and performance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: Strong background in cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
- Technical skills:

- Proficiency in AWS (Azure or GCP experience also considered).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- CI/CD pipeline design and automation frameworks.
- Programming/scripting skills in Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
- Mindset: Analytical, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
- Terraform or CloudFormation certification.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge of cloud security, cost management, and resilience planning.
