General Terms and Conditions update

In overview, the following changes have been made to our General Terms and Conditions which will be effective from 06 September 2021:

• We’re introducing a new clause A2.6 to clarify that you should stop using your debit card and cheque book once you’ve instructed us to close your account
• We’re clarifying the methods of payment for Fixed Deposit Contracts in section G and in section A4
• We’ve updated our Jersey branch address to 13-15 Charing Cross, St Helier
