Conservation with The National Trust for Jersey
Our latest community project involved clearing bracken with the National Trust for Jersey.
The Trust seeks to champion and protect the distinctive qualities of Jersey so that it remains at the very heart of Island life. They do this through vigilance, sustainable management and by promoting and increasing awareness of the value of our countryside and historic environment to our economy.
Led by Josh from the National Trust the team got stuck in at the fabulous setting of Grantez in St Ouen, in an effort to support the cricket population.
Thankfully the sun made an appearance for us and despite a few blisters everyone was still smiling at the end of the day.
