Changes to our General Terms and Conditions - 28 February 2025

We’ve updated our General Terms and Conditions (effective 28 February 2025) with the following;

• Amended clauses A10, D1 and E4 to reflect that statements for account(s) currently issued on a monthly or quarterly basis will now be sent every six months.
• Amended clause A 1.16 – with effect from 28 February 2025 we will only accept communications and instructions in English and will no longer offer a translation service.
• Amended Section G – Instant Saver Accounts Specific Conditions.  The amends reflect the new account that was launched on 28 February 2025.
• Introduced a new clause – Section J – Regular Savings Tracker Accounts specific conditions. The new clause outlines the terms for our Regular Savings Tracker Accounts.
