Important Telephone Numbers
We’re changing the times you can contact us by telephone. From 2 November 2015 you will be able to contact us from 9am to 5pm (UK Time), Monday to Friday.
At the moment we are available from 8am to 8pm (UK time), Monday to Friday but due to the very low volume of calls received outside the core hours of 9am to 5pm we have decided to change our telephone contact times.
We are also introducing a new telephone number 08000 84 28 88 which will mean calls from most UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man landlines or mobiles will be free. This will replace the existing 0845 054 4000 number. The new number will also be effective from 2 November 2015.
Change to our General Terms and Conditions
As a result of these changes we will be updating our General Terms and Conditions to reflect the new contact times and the new telephone number.

Calls will be recorded and may be monitored.

You will still be able to send us an email or visit our website. Internet Banking is also available 24 hours a day, if you would like to register for this service, please contact us.
If you need to report your Visa card as lost or stolen, outside of our opening hours, please contact Visa directly on the numbers provided above.
Do I need to do anything?
Please make a note of the new telephone contact times and new telephone number which will be effective from 2 November 2015. We will update our General Terms and Conditions to reflect this change in due course.
